He's home

My husband had yet another back surgery yesterday. To be exact, it was on his neck. The neurosurgeon fused two vertebrae and re-did a prior fusion. The doctor took bone from his hip to help make the fusion. As one might expect, he is sore and sleepy. His hip seems to bother him worse than the incision on his neck. It did the last time, too. After less than 24 hours in the hospital, he got to come home to recuperate. I get to be his nurse this time around as he was mine for the last couple of months. I hope I'm at least half as good as he was. Please keep him in your prayers and ask for a speedy recovery.
