The last couple of weeks have seemed out of kilter. The world is not in order. The natural progression of life is off. We don’t get to choose the chronology, God does. We have to wonder just how everything went awry. Faith will get us through and we will get straightened out soon, but in the meantime, it feels a little unsettling. There have been too many deaths. I can hardly get over one loss and another one comes along.
I hope that life settles down soon into a calm, smooth pool with no ripples.
